Final Direction

The final design seamlessly blended nods to their venue, Portugal, and their ceremony design. Upon opening the envelope, guests were greeted by a custom tile pattern inspired by tiles found at Hotel Casa Palmela, immediately setting the tone. The details on the main invitation card were framed by the asymmetrically draped ceremony backdrop, while also incorporating the columns seen at the entrance of their venue. What says Portugal more than sardines? The interactive sardine-shaped welcome party card adds a touch of whimsy, while the RSVP card echoes the quatrefoil-inspired venue logo shape. To keep with the color story of their wedding day, we chose to lean mostly into greens and whites with pops of yellow and navy to add contrast.
